The brief
Stories are where aesthetic clinics convert, and where most of them post the least deliberately. This concept treats a Story sequence as a structured argument: name the concern, explain the mechanism, show the process, handle the objection, then ask for one small action.
Approach
- 01 Frame 1–2 name a specific concern rather than a treatment name.
- 02 Frames 3–4 explain what the treatment does and does not address.
- 03 Frame 5 shows the process, not a result claim.
- 04 Frame 6 handles the most common objection (downtime).
- 05 Frame 7 asks a single question with a reply prompt — the lowest-friction CTA available.
Deliverables
- 7 Story frames, designed for reuse
- Reusable frame templates in the clinic’s brand
- Copy for every frame plus a reply-handling note
- Highlight cover so the sequence stays discoverable
Example hooks
- “If your skin changed in the last two years, start here.”
- “What a facial can help with — and what it cannot.”
- “The part of the appointment nobody shows you.”
What we'd review afterwards
- Frame-by-frame completion rate
- Sticker taps and replies
- Consultation requests originating in Stories

Every concept starts from the treatments you actually offer and the questions your clients already ask. Send your details and we'll come back with a short review and a starting point.
