Information we handle

We handle the information you provide in an enquiry, including your name, business name, email address, Instagram handle, website, service interests and message. If you use the private client workspace, information you enter or import there—such as business contact details and workflow notes—is handled on your behalf.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to enquiries, prepare requested content or growth services, manage the client workflow and maintain the security and reliability of the site. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

The website and private workspace are hosted through Cloudflare. If the workspace owner enables Gmail outreach automation, Google Gmail may create drafts or send pre-approved outreach emails from that owner's account. Automatic sending is paced, capped and stopped when a reply or opt-out is recorded.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, the public website may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand page use, navigation and site performance. These tools are not used in the private client workspace. Audit-form fields are masked from session replay, and we do not send form values as analytics events.

You can accept or reject optional analytics when you visit the site, or change your choice at any time.

Retention and access

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide services, or to meet legitimate operational obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of information connected with your enquiry by contacting us.
