Content & growth for Med Spas and aesthetic clinics
Reels, Stories, AI-assisted visuals and growth campaigns — so the care and expertise inside your clinic is clear long before someone books a consultation.

Who we work with
We work with clinics that already do excellent work — and want their Instagram to make that obvious.
Aesthetic treatments are researched and compared long before anyone walks in — mostly on Instagram. Our job is to make sure what people find there reflects the care inside your clinic, and shows them an obvious next step.
What we usually find
The patterns we see most often when we review a clinic's Instagram. None of them reflect the care you provide — they're what happens when content gets squeezed in between patients.
The work is excellent. Content happens in bursts whenever someone has a spare hour, so the feed never builds momentum.
Treatments people research for weeks get one caption and a single image — and trending audio leaves no room to show why your clinic is the more skilled choice.
Posts get made, but there are no content pillars, no hook system, no shot list and no calendar. Every piece starts from zero.
Reach looks healthy and saves are up, but the DMs stay quiet — usually because nothing in the content invites a next step.
Services
Strategy sets the direction, production makes it real, Stories turn attention into conversations, and campaigns concentrate effort where it matters most.
Research, content pillars, hooks and a monthly plan your team can actually follow.
Editing built on your real clinic footage, with AI-assisted visuals where filming is impractical.
Sequences that answer what a treatment involves, who it suits and how to take the next step.
Structured campaigns instead of one-off posts — acquisition, seasonal windows and reactivation.
Included throughout
Every engagement includes a performance review: which hooks held attention, which stories moved people into the DMs, which treatments raise questions. That review sets the next month’s plan.
Optional conversion layer
Getting attention is only part of the job. When someone reaches out, the next challenge is responding quickly, consistently and with the right next step.
We can help clinics build an AI-assisted response system around their existing inboxes and booking flow — so common enquiries are handled faster, leads are easier to follow up with, and your team knows when a conversation needs a human.
Content creates the opportunity. Your response system helps capture it.
A tailored layer around your workflow
What it can support
AI supports the conversation. Your team stays in control.
Selected work
We're a new studio, so instead of client campaigns we produced concept pieces for the treatments aesthetic clinics actually sell. Each one is labelled Concept Project — none represent a client or a result.
Med Spa Content Strategy
A strategy-led educational Reel showing why Med Spa content should do more than showcase treatments — it should answer patient questions and reduce uncertainty before the consultation.
Med Spa Content Strategy
A short-form Med Spa concept built around a simple idea: content should build trust, address objections and create more opportunities for treatment inquiries.
Med Spa Content Strategy
A short-form Med Spa strategy concept showing why polished content can still underperform without a strong hook, trust-building message and clear next step.
What we believe
You take care of your clients.
We help more of them find you.
Choosing an aesthetic clinic is a considered decision. People read, compare and hesitate — often for weeks — before they message anyone. Content is where most of that decision quietly happens.
Great care deserves communication that reflects it. Our job is to turn your expertise into content people can understand and trust, and to make the next step obvious.
We'd rather explain a treatment properly than oversell what it can do. No guaranteed outcomes, no exaggerated claims, no borrowed medical authority.
AI covers the shots that are impractical to film. It never stands in for a practitioner, a patient, or a treatment result.
Before-and-after content, testimonials and patient imagery only run with documented consent, and within platform and local advertising rules.
How it works
Four stages that run on a monthly cycle. You stay responsible for the treatments; we stay responsible for the content system around them.
Review the clinic, services, Instagram and current content.
Define content pillars, hooks, offers and campaign opportunities.
You send simple raw footage, or we create AI-assisted visuals.
Review performance and keep improving the content system.
A low-risk starting point
Clinics can begin with a small paid pilot before moving into a monthly partnership: one finished piece, built properly rather than as a throwaway sample. You see how we think and finish work — we see how the collaboration actually runs.
If it goes well, we talk about a monthly plan. If it doesn't, the piece is still yours to use.
Why MedSpaContentLab
Aesthetic clinics sell considered, high-trust treatments. That changes what content has to do — and it is the only kind of content we work on.
No editing starts until we know what a piece should say and what someone does after watching it.
Treatment education, objection handling and consultation-led buying journeys — not a generic social playbook.
AI covers the shots that are impractical to film. Your practitioners and your clinic stay at the center.
Shot lists, recording guides and a simple handover. Time zones don’t slow the content calendar down.
Decisions come from what actually held attention and started conversations, not from taste alone.
About
MedSpaContentLab is led by Sepehr, who handles strategy and creative direction on every engagement. Nothing gets passed down a chain of account managers — the person who plans your content is the person who checks it before it reaches you.
The studio stays focused on one industry and a limited number of clinics at a time. Aesthetics has its own research, compliance context and buying journey — too specific to treat as a side speciality.
“Clinics rarely need more posts. They need content that answers the questions people are already asking before they book.”
Engagement options
Most clinics start with a pilot, then move to a monthly engagement once the system is proven.
One test piece produced from your footage or as an AI-assisted concept, so we can evaluate the collaboration before any retainer.
The core monthly engagement: a content plan, a steady output of Reels and Stories, and a monthly performance review.
For clinics treating Instagram as a primary acquisition channel, with campaigns and reactivation running alongside the content system.
FAQ
Anything not covered here, ask directly — we'd rather answer it before you commit to anything.
hello@medspacontentlab.comNo. Most clinics record simple vertical clips on a phone. We send a monthly shot list and a short recording guide, so filming takes minutes and no crew comes on site.
Yes. AI-assisted visuals, motion graphics and treatment explainers work without any clinic footage. We usually recommend a mix: your practitioners for authenticity, AI for the shots that are impractical to film.
Yes — remote by design. Briefing, footage handover, review and reporting run through shared links and scheduled check-ins, so time zones never hold up the content calendar.
Yes — that’s what the paid pilot is for: one piece, produced properly, so both sides can judge the collaboration on real work rather than a proposal.
Either way works. We can schedule and publish for you, or hand over finished assets with captions and posting notes. Any access we’d need is agreed in writing first.
AI is a production tool, not the identity of the work: B-roll, backgrounds and motion — the parts that are impractical to film. Anything showing a real person, practitioner or result stays real footage.
No. We don’t guarantee views, leads or bookings. We use strategy, testing and performance data to improve the probability of strong outcomes. We report honestly either way.
